Exciting progress is underway for Prescott Valley’s first extended-stay hotel, TownePlace Suites by Marriott. Since the groundbreaking in July, significant advancements have been made, with the completion of the elevator shaft and stairwell towers marking a key milestone. Currently, construction crews are finishing the interior footings, and by late October, they will be ready to pour the slab. With this phase complete, framing is set to begin in November, pushing the project closer to its projected opening in 13-15 months.
