Welcome to Season 2 of #Uplifting in 5!
I am so happy to be here and to be back with you all!
Season 1 focused on mindset shifts to help us embrace a positive outlook on our time in Quarantine.
Now, we are moving into a "new normal."
With my book release happening in the next few days, we are going to dedicate Season 2 to five minute episodes that focus around tools, techniques and strategies to help us when we are feeling anxious and overwhelmed.
The theme of this episode pertains to the "What If" trap. There is a whole chapter in the book that discusses this. (YES, YOU CAN book coming soon!)
Main take-away: WHY do we always immediately think-- WHAT IF SOMETHING BAD HAPPENS?

** I am sporting a nice raspy voice right now due to ZOOM workouts, in person masked workouts, pollen, etc. I mean, I kind of dig the voice so hopefully it is here to stay? I think my family wants my voice to disappear ;) **
