Throughout Scripture – and throughout human history – God has used the movement of people to accomplish His sovereign purposes. The recent evacuation of more than 70,000 former Afghan allies to the US within a few short weeks in the summer of 2021 should therefore capture our attention. Where have they been since arrival, where are they now, and how might the Lord want us to respond?
