The last few months of Hobart meetings have been dominated by the Seven Mile Beach stables of Scott Brunton and that was the case again on Sunday where he bagged five winners. On the Week in review podcast Matt Reid analyses the program on a soft 5 track which did throw up some unusual performances.

Exoteric ($2.30), I’m Back ($2.15), Boom Dot Com ($2.20) and Shampz Again ($2.90) all performed significantly below market expectations by missing the placings. Conversely, both Brinktop Lad ($1.85) and Kuroset ($2.80) repeated their victories from the last Hobart meeting.

Searching for a FORMPLUS Black Booker, Matt is sticking with Dunmining who was in an unsuitable race on Sunday and has found a new addition from the 3YO maiden.
