The playlist consists of instrumental clips representing various scenarios. Eartha encourages participants to perform a body scan while listening, noting their physical reactions without judgment. Be open to the importance of recognizing distracting thoughts. Distracting thoughts can be compared to squirrels jumping around in their environment. During the practice if a distraction pulls your focus away, Eartha invites you to write down any triggers or negative reactions before moving on.
