What makes a person beautiful, average or unattractive?

There are different types of beautiful. I don't feel that 1 type of beauty is better than another. What makes someone average or unattractive? Why is it just because someone has flaws imperfections does that make them unattractive for average? Just because someone is physically beautiful does not mean they don't have flaws and imperfections.
