Yes The stark reality is that however long we are lucky enough to have on this rock spinning through space, It can be a tough ol’ time But do we make it tougher for ourselves? 

We all have our fair share of ups and downs One day we’re catching some of the sexiest carp in the lake, The next day lucky to hook into a tampon and a shopping trolley 

But why do some of us seem to deal with the downs better than others?
