Meet Today’s Experts

Dr. Harita Raja is a board-certified reproductive psychiatrist and the founder of Bethesda Women’s Mental Health. She specializes in helping women navigate psychiatric challenges before, during, and after pregnancy, as well as hormonal transitions from menstruation through menopause. Dr. Raja earned her medical degree at Albany Medical College, completed her residency at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital (where she also served as chief resident), and continues to teach as a clinical instructor in Georgetown’s Psychiatry Department. She is passionate about compassionate, holistic care and works closely with patients, loved ones, and providers to tailor treatment plans while advocating for women’s mental health awareness. 

Dr. Heather Quaile, DNP, WHNP-BC, AFN-C, CSC, IF is the founder and clinical director of The SHOW Center, specializing in integrative gynecology, women’s sexual health, and trauma-informed care. With over 20 years of experience, she is board certified in women’s health and works as a forensic nurse, AASECT-certified sex counselor, and sexual assault nurse examiner. Her work spans menopause, pelvic health, sexuality after cancer or childbirth, and caring for survivors of human trafficking. Dr. Quaile holds degrees in psychology and nursing from Loyola University (MD), University of Central Oklahoma, Vanderbilt University, and Chatham University. {source: The SHOW Center}
