Description
Rebel Ridge is a politically charged and strong neo-western that challenges its heroes to combat corruption and ineffectiveness through individual liberty on Afdah Movies. Rebel Ridge begins stronger than any of Saulnier's other films and maintains a high level of intensity throughout. Terry is pulled over by the cops in Shelby Springs with very few items. On his way to posting bail for his cousin with a shopping bag full of cash, the officers confiscate it all under suspicion, leaving him with only his music player and bicycle. Despite his obvious agitation, he quietly rides down to the station and confronts the chief of police, Sandy Burnne, with the situation.
