Penn State practice update 

We'll start with what we saw and heard on Tuesday evening at open practice. After spending the first two weeks with the receivers and offensive line, we'll shift our focus this week to the defense. We'll discuss what we saw from the linebackers as they worked with position coach Dan Connor. 

What does Connor bring to the table? We'll discuss what we saw and what Jim Knowles said about him after practice. 

Next, we'll review the running back drills and pass blocking performance to give fans a sense of how the team is progressing and what they're working on. We'll also discuss which players are separating themselves among the offensive skill players, who worked with the top unit on Tuesday evening. 

Depth chart battles clearing up midway through camp 

Over the last two weeks, we've asked Penn State head coach James Franklin and his staff dozens of questions about the team's depth chart battles going on in camp. Today, we'll recap all that we've learned for fans by hearing directly from Franklin and his coaches. 

Who is standing out at wide receiver? Franklin gave some hints with the way he's talked about several players so far this summer.
