Description

Today we're talking about the dreaded "R word" in real estate... Recruiting!

Despite the negative reputation recruiting has (rightfully!) earned among real estate agents, Agent attraction and recruiting are actually essential for building a successful real estate business!

Recruiting agents is necessary for growth and leverage!

You want to start a sales team? You'd better get super comfortable recruiting agents to your team!

Agents who want to build a business and have more time freedom need to attract and recruit other agents. There's no way around it!

However, it is VERY important to approach agent attraction and recruiting in the right way, always focusing on the best interests of the agents, not yourself or your team. Building a team or referral network requires attracting agents and showing them the value of joining. It is a way to help the industry and provide opportunities for struggling agents.
