Tune in and go on a journey with Haitian-American siblings, Jean and Esterline, as they share their stories and experience as first generation immigrants in the States. In this episode we discuss why Haitians are always being so serious, the never-ending guilt and shame game, and staying in a child's place. The goal of this podcast is to cultivate a community on shared experiences as immigrants and being raised by immigrants while starting dialogue on culture, parenting, and diving deeper on things we are conditioned to accept and act accordingly to in life.
