Why do you choose to vote, or to not vote?

Description

It's Presidential election time, and there are many choosing to not exercise their civic duty. What is your position on voting, why do you choose to vote, or to not vote? There are many who are steadfast on not voting, because they dont feel that it affect anything. There are others who feel as though, they have an obligation to vote, bc of the history of the votingrights act etc. Which side are you on?
