In Episode 1, I claimed that the OLC's memos from 1973 and 2000 utilize flawed reasoning to conclude that a sitting president is immune from criminal indictment.  A listener asked for a further explication of why, legally and constitutionally, the OLC got it wrong both times; this episode responds to that request.
