At a time when circumstances were difficult throughout the hospitality industry, Compass Group understood that the well-being of their people was of paramount importance. This is as much relevant today as it was then.

Caterer.com spoke to Amanda Scott from Compass Group to discover how the Compass Group tackle challenges related to the wellbeing of their team, their decisions around their wellbeing programme and the initiatives they have in place.
