Description
State inspectors recently discovered numerous food safety and lodging violations at Wichita-area businesses, including mouse droppings, live cockroaches, and old, moldy food. Eleven establishments failed inspections between November 30th and December 6th, while over fifty others passed with few or no violations. Violations range from minor issues like employee mishandling to serious problems like pest infestations. Businesses are re-inspected within ten days to ensure all issues are resolved.
