In this episode Will shares how quitting alcohol has positively impacted his life even though he didn't really feel his drinking was a problem, he felt it could have headed that way when he found himself reaching for a beer because he 'needed' it. What's amazing about this conversation is how it highlights that you don't need to wait until alcohol is a problem before walking away from it and that spotting those initial signs of it not being good for you or becoming too much of a habit is a really good idea.
