Yoga is Political: Donna Noble on Inclusivity and Collective Change
Description
In this episode, I chat to Fearne Cotton's fave yoga teacher, Donna Noble. Donna's been a yoga teacher since 2011 and without realising has pioneered inclusivity and accessibility in the yoga space. Donna shares her journey into yoga, initially inspired by a friend's observation of Madonna's physique (!) and how it evolved into a central part of her life, especially after her experience with Bell's Palsy.
We chat about our shared beginnings in Bikram, the challenges of inclusivity, and why Yoga is fundamentally a social justice practice at its core.
