It is very easy to feel alone, especially when we are experiencing chronic illness; and with September being suicide prevention month I wanted let everyone who feels alone right now that you are not alone. That you are seen, and you are heard, and you are loved.
There was a time when I felt alone, and there are days when I still do, but then I remember that there are those who love me, and I am thankful for them.
Allow yourself today to express your feelings, don't hold them back. Write them down in a journal, talk to a friend, or family member, reach out on social media.
It's okay to not have life all worked out, none of us do. Continue to embrace your beautiful mess, and move forward. 💜
