Chad Bumgarner’s Bio

Chad is the CEO and President of CDB Consulting Group, LLC. With his 20 plus years’

experience in Information Technology, leadership & project management, he brings a

wealth of knowledge and value to his clients. Chad believes in developing strong,

ethical, quality leaders who understand what leadership means and works hard to help

enhance their leadership skills while creating value within them so that ultimately

become a vital asset to their establishment. Chad focuses mainly on leadership

development coaching, team building training and motivational speaking.

Chad is also an author penning his best­seller, “

”. This book breaks down the basics of successful leadership by explaining

how to implement his

methodology in order to enrich your leadership

influence and create a highly­performing team.

Chad’s latest book has just been released entitled, “

The other side of the coin,

benefits of vitality leadership

”. This book talks about checking your leadership to

see if you are a “life­giver” or a “life­taker”. It also goes in depth about what vitality

leadership is, the benefits of it, and how to use it to better not only yourself, but

everyone around you!

On his spare time, Chad is involved with toastmasters and is the President of his

toastmasters club (Friendship Toastmasters 9792). He’s a soccer coach, a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi,

Inc., and also a married man of 16yrs to his beautiful wife, Rosemarie and they have 3

daughters: Kharri, Courtney & Camryn.
