this one was tough. i basically let you in on some of the hard experiences i had during high school and remind you that it’s okay to grieve a past version of yourself. journal about it. cry about it. meditate. do what you need to do to get out whatever rage you have inside of you and allow yourself to experience peace. it’s something i’m still working on and hope you give yourself the grace to feel your feelings. i love you, if you related at all pls dm me i would love to chat. the podcast instagram is @prettychaospodcast and my personal instagram is @shayygonz
