① こんにちは！担当します、手術室のチャコナと申します。よろしくお願いします。

Hello. My name is Chacona, I am one of the nurses in the operation theatre. Nice to meet you.

② 右ひざの手術でお間違えないですか。

Are you here to have surgery on your right knee?

③ ラテックスアレルギーはありますか。マンゴー、キウイなどのアレルギーはありますか。

Are you allergic to latex? How about mango or kiwi?

④ 消毒液へのアレルギーはありますか。

Are you allergic to antiseptic solutions?

⑤ 他にアレルギーはありますか。

Do you have any other allergies?

⑥ 同意書にサインしましたか。

Have you signed the consent form for this surgery?

⑦ 手術室にお連れしますね、ついてきてください。

I will take you to the operation theatre. Please follow me.

⑧ ベッドに仰向けで寝てください。

Please lie flat on your back.
