如果我減掉了身上多餘的脂肪,我最害怕失去什麼?
如果我瘦到了自己的理想的身材,我最害怕發生什麼事?
也許,就能找到你的無意識恐懼了,如果你上面二個問題的答案都是不害怕,那恭喜你,跟著我們的腳步,你一定能一步一步的愈來愈瘦,愈來愈健康。
