焦慮放鬆冥想

Description
長期焦慮會讓身體無意識地變緊繃,在這個冥想練習裡面,我們會練習放鬆身體容易緊繃的點:眉心、牙根、胸口、腹部,利用呼吸,從頭到腳一層一層放鬆, 並練習白光冥想,邀請療癒的能量貫穿全身,允許自己真的放鬆,安定心神。
這個練習建議坐在椅子上練習,不要穿鞋子與襪子,讓腳掌接觸地面。
