胸口是心的所在,而心是儲存所有感受的地方,所有被你壓抑或否認的感受,都還儲存在你的心裡,若不去感受面對,造成胸悶、心悸、心慌、失眠等問題,也伴隨著緊繃的上背部,學習擁抱你的感受,只有你自己能療癒你自己。
無法放下的感受,都跟無法原諒的人事物有關,在這個練習裡,我們也練習原諒與放下,讓自己的心自由,重新呼吸。
