本期播客主播胡点和两位现在生活在挪威的并且都是教育学背景的朋友聊了聊挪威的方方面面——挪威以及首都奥斯陆的特点、这里的教育系统尤其是户外幼儿园、婚姻观和育儿观，让我们对这个人类发展指数世界第一同时也是平权做得最好的国家有多一些了解。
潘玥在美国，意大利，和挪威生活居住了九年，去过二十多个国家。于华盛顿大学获得教育学和社会学学位，并在挪威获得儿童社会学的硕士学位。从一开始就对教育充满热情，在学习和工作中获得一手的教育体验和心得。挪威语水平B2/C1，目前想要通过自己的努力在世界的一角找到属于我的位置和家。
刘鑫有着哲学、文学、工学、理学、教育学学位的教育学博士。拿着海外硕博名校32封offer，辞了高校6年在编教职，一路靠奖学金，在瑞典比利时读了硕博。学过画画书法和弹琴，也曾写小说做设计创过业。欧洲八年，为生活学习和工作交了无数的“学费”。现居挪威奥斯陆，继续做着博士后。听更多的故事，微博@不不就这样。
