Some gyms across the country are closed, but that doesn’t mean you guys can’t exercise. Recently, planet fitness, one of the largest chain gyms in the United States, offers free online classes from today due to the coronavirus epidemic.
The home movement began streaming on the Company’s Facebook page on March 16, which is open to everyone, including non-members.
“Our daily routines have changed in unexpected ways, and we know that people may not be able to get to the gym. That’s why we’re offering a free, daily virtual fitness class for everyone on Planet Fitness’ Facebook page from Monday through Friday,” Jeremy Tucker, Chief marketing officer of planet fitness, today issued a statement to the USA. The workout is streamed live at 7pm.
