I just found your podcast and have begun bingeing it. I really appreciate your truth. Please do an episode on what to do if you cant go no contact (ie ur afraid ur narc mom will hurt you if you do). I want to go no contact so badly, but feel as if I'm being held hostage.

Thank you for your podcast. Me and my two sisters have cut ties with our narcissistic and toxic mother too, at different times and following different processes. It's been 3 years for me. It's still painful. It has affected my sense of self worth, my self-esteem a lot. I often feel like I have to build myself up all over and find out who I am. We're still very close with our dad, who hasn't managed to leave yet. Every time he tries, the terrible emotional blackmail and drama are working and he goes back. It's hard to watch and difficult to understand.
