We first met the fantastic @lesleythomascoaching earlier this year at @olliecarson__ Upgrade Everything to Premium Event & she Wowed us all 🤩 Lesley speaks so clearly on the narrative we all face everyday around our relationship with money, our confidence in who we are as a person because of it & how it effects a lot of what we think, do and say💯 We started by unpicking where our own personal relationships with money stem from and how our childhood experiences have played a huge role in how we look at money with confidence👌🏻 Lesley gave us some brilliant little exercises that people can do to help them get to the bottom of their own self worth & see the value in what they bring to everyone’s life despite our own individual upbringings👌🏻 Alongside some of the brilliant tools Lesley shared we also discussed how we can build a better narrative for ourselves & essentially remove these beliefs that so many of us face which impact what we do on a daily basis😊 And a great questions to ask yourself… What is your “money” story? Had do you get to where you are? What experiences have shaped your personal life? Learn more about all of these things in this episode with @lesleythomascoaching 🔥

We sit down and with @askcoachadam about this exact topic which became a public discussion on GMTV in august 22. Going through soe alarming statistics in the UK we find data that showed there were 2500 less PE teachers in 2021 compared to 2011. English secondary schools taught 13% fewer hours of PE in 2021 compared to 2011. And only half of 5-18 year olds do the recommended hour of activity a day.   When is enough, enough?   What can we do to improve participation?   What’s missing from physical education?   What were our own experiences?   Join us for the discussion on the Art of Performance Podcast.

In today's episode we discuss our very own battles with a topic that doesn't get enough press - Body Dysmorphia! Scott's struggles going through his schooling years a reminder to us all that so many others face the same circumstances and it can be a really challenging time that is often passed by in conversation. Scott and Dean spend time talking through how Scott dealt with these situations and how in some cases it led to an irrational obsession to never look the ay he did in school. Dean talks us through his experiences and in particular how his body building journey manipulated his mind into thinking he wasn't good enough, he wasn't in the right conditioning - all of which led to a constant comparison to other people. The mental challenges that come with how we think we need to look because of society, social media, our friends and in some cases our family are challenges that we hope to bring to the forefront of conversation in todays episode. @peakfituk || @coach_dean_hammond
