I know we have come a long way with mental health as a society, but I still feel like there is a stigma, so I wanted to touch on some things that can help with having a healthier, happier mind. It's okay to ask for help, and I actually thing you're so strong for doing it, because I know it takes courage. Today I am here to remind you that food is FUEL, that a negative relationship with food does no good for your mind or body, and some tips to have a better relationship with food. I am by no means an expert or professional, I am just talking from a place of experience and from my own personal research. I have had a terrible relationship with food, so if you are there right now, I feel you and see you. It can get better, I promise!
