Happy Sunday!!! We are back at it this week with 10 things you can do/focus on to make sure you are taking care of your MENTAL HEALTH! I know we have come a long way with mental health as a society, but I still feel like there is a stigma, so I wanted to touch on some things that can help with having a healthier, happier mind. Like I stated in this episode, these things are not a replacement for professional help/medication/etc... if you feel that you need those things, please reach out to a professional!!! It's okay to ask for help, and I actually thing you're so strong for doing it, because I know it takes courage.
