Today I am here to remind you that food is FUEL, that a negative relationship with food does no good for your mind or body, and some tips to have a better relationship with food. I am by no means an expert or professional, I am just talking from a place of experience and from my own personal research. I have had a terrible relationship with food, so if you are there right now, I feel you and see you. It can get better, I promise! I hope this episode helps you understand why food is important, that you are not alone, you are worthy, and that food is a NECESSITY! Restriction is not the answer, it is okay to ask for help, and food should be fun + full of energy.
