In this episode of Thrive Yoga Fit Transformational Coaching, I share how connecting with my heart and using simple practices like frequency, breathwork, and neurovascular holds have deepened both my teaching and personal healing. I reflect on weaving together wisdom from the Yoga Sutras, Eastern philosophy, and nearly 20 years of client work into accessible tools that raise our frequency and bring us back to love. I also introduce a gentle three-part technique—breathwork, humming, and hand placements—that helps release stagnant energy and restore coherence in the body and mind. I speak about my ongoing journey, upcoming travel to Japan, and a retreat I'm creating that focuses on frequency, emotions, and unconditional love and it will commence this january. If this work resonates, I have limited 1:1 coaching spots available and would love to connect. May this practice support your healing and remind you of your true nature—joy and love.
In this episode, Erin further explains how to activate your own inner healer. In this week's episode, I share my personal journey with burnout and adrenal fatigue — and the tools that helped me move from "wired but tired" back into balance. 🌿 We'll explore: ✨ Why our modern lifestyle (and even depleted food supply) leaves us drained ✨ How stress traps us in fight-or-flight mode ✨ Simple practices like pranayama, hydration, yoga, and thought work to restore energy and calm Burnout isn't just exhaustion — it's your body asking for balance. This episode is your invitation to pause, reset, and reconnect. As I close, I invite you to explore my resources — from coaching to retreats and teacher training — all designed to support your health and well-being. Healing burnout takes care of both body and mind, and I hope these tools inspire small, powerful steps toward balance. Thank you for listening — I can't wait to hear how this resonates. 💛
In this episode of Thrive Yoga Fit Transformational Coaching, I, Erin, share my personal journey of healing from abandonment wounds and the power of self-awareness. After receiving incredible support from listeners, I reflect on my ongoing inner work and introduce a four-part protocol that's been essential in my healing: Identification – Recognizing the wound through introspection or guidance. Acceptance – Acknowledging it with compassion, not resistance. Regulation – Using tools like neurovascular holds to calm the nervous system. Healing – Engaging in practices such as journaling, inner child work, or professional support. I open up about how abandonment patterns have shaped my relationships and how understanding them is the first step to breaking free. I close with an invitation to invest in your own healing and embrace your worthiness, reminding you that you are deeply deserving of love and connection. In this episode of Thrive Yoga Fit Transformational Coaching, I, Erin, reflect on my past month of growth and healing. Coming out of a cocoon of introspection, I share how grief has shaped my transformation and reminded me of the importance of showing up for myself, even in difficult times. I talk about the power of small, consistent progress, tuning into our needs and emotions, and recognizing subtle shifts in energy and healing. In this deeply personal episode, Erin opens up about the hidden "pocket of terror" that kept her from fully grieving a breakup—and how facing it unlocked a new season of abundance in her life. You'll hear: Why grief sometimes hides behind other emotions like fear or anxiety How childhood experiences can silently shape your adult relationships The tools Erin used—journaling, yoga, EMDR, shadow work—to go deeper The turning point where she asked for professional help How abundance naturally returns once you've honored the grief Whether you're navigating loss, transition, or a lingering sense of "something's missing," this conversation will remind you: you can move through the darkness and come out more alive than ever. 📩 Connect with Erin: erin@erincoach.com 🌐 Learn more: ThriveWithErin.com
In this final episode of the Chakra Series, I guide you through the sacred gateway of the Crown Chakra, or Sahasrara — the energetic center of universal connection, spiritual insight, and inner wisdom. I weave together personal stories of healing, practical tools, and timeless spiritual teachings to help you experience your own embodied awakening — not by escaping your body, but by being deeply present within it. You'll learn: Signs of an imbalanced or blocked crown chakra The deep connection between your heart and mind How healing your lower chakras creates the foundation for spiritual growth Practices to access clarity, peace, and intuitive wisdom How I use trauma-informed techniques, like neurovascular holds, mala meditation, and white light visualization for deep healing Why spiritual bypassing keeps us stuck — and how true transformation begins with presence This episode is a reminder that awakening isn't about floating away — it's about coming home. 🕊️ 🎓 I also shares exciting announcements: → Join me for 2026 Life Coach Certification or Yoga Teacher Training, → Get 50% off the Thailand Retreat when you join both, or 25% off if you join one! → A transformative Japan experience is also in the works—stay tuned!
In this episode of Thrive Yoga Fit Transformational Coaching, I, Erin, continue the chakra series with a focus on the Ajna chakra—the third eye, our center of intuitive wisdom and inner vision. We explore how a blocked Ajna can show up as insomnia, mental overwhelm, or difficulty trusting your inner voice. I share how connecting with the heart—not just the logical mind—can bring clarity to life's big decisions. Drawing from my background in Karate and Eastern philosophies, I discuss the role of Ajna in spiritual awakening, the meaning of "OM" vs. "AUM," and the pineal gland's connection to deeper states of consciousness. I use the metaphor of a movie theater to explain how overstimulation can block subtle energy, and I address why spiritual practices often get labeled "woo-woo." Through meditation, pranayama, and specific yogic techniques, we can activate this powerful center of awareness. Next up: Sahasrara, the crown chakra. Until then, thank you for tuning in. Namaste. In this episode of Thrive Yoga Fit Transformational Coaching, I, Erin, dive into Vishuddha—the throat chakra—our center for truth, expression, and courage. Many of us struggle with speaking our truth due to past suppression, which can show up as neck pain, sore throats, or fear of judgment. I explore how grounding our communication in Ahimsa (non-harm) helps us speak from the heart with love and clarity. You'll learn the chakra's bija mantra "hum," its ocean-blue color, and practice a short breath and sound exercise to open this space. I also reflect on my own journey with direct and heartfelt communication, and how feminine nuance can deepen expression. Finally, I invite you to join me for our upcoming Japan retreat in November and share details about coaching + yoga training programs with early-bird perks. Let this episode be a loving reminder that your voice matters—and when spoken from the heart, it can heal.
