Today I’m giving you the simplest OS for your life: define 3–5 core values, expand them into a short statement, then compress into a one-line mantra you can read in under 60 seconds. Use it every morning to re-enter your day on purpose and to course-correct fast when you drift.Micro Exercise: Write one value, your definition, and a single behavior you’ll do before 9pm that proves it. Example: “Discernment = choose wisely → skip the impulse choice, make the planned choice.” Tomorrow, add a second behavior.
