Description

My name is Nancy Seibel and this is the Nancy Perspective. I'm starting this podcast because my journey has been completely different than I thought it was going to be, and yet I wouldn't change any of it. That story defined me until I had the choice and the opportunity to see and do it differently.

I stand here stronger than ever, full of love and happiness, and now more than ever, I need you to recognize you are not alone in the story you hold and that we are all human.

Every second week on Thursday, I will release a conversation from the heart, a discussion of a deep truth or a deep awareness that someone has had that made a choice to do it differently and share it with you.

See you on Thursday.

Debbie Gaudet - Part 2

Debbie Gaudet - Part 2

2026-02-1226:46

In part 2 of this wonderful conversation with Debbie Gaudet, we move into what it actually means to live with awareness every day. We explore heart coherence, self-trust, and how neurofeedback helps retrain the nervous system while supporting the brain's natural ability to self-regulate. We talk about survival patterns formed in childhood, and what happens when we stop judging our past and start understanding it. This conversation is about dropping out of the mind and into the heart, even when it feels a little unfamiliar. Debbie Gaudet - Part 1

Debbie Gaudet - Part 1

2026-02-0525:42

Our first guest of 2026 is the wonderful and incredible Debbie Gaudet, founder of Prana Brain Wellness. We explore what it looks like to move from a logical, analytical life into heart-led awareness, and what happens when the body, brain, and nervous system are finally given space to reorganize and heal. We discuss heart intelligence, breathwork, and the moments that wake us up when we least expect it. Debbie shares her personal journey into neurofeedback and HeartMath, and how brain training supports self-regulation and awareness. This episode is about awareness, surrender, and taking the next step, even when we don't know where it leads. Follow Debbie and Prana Brain Wellness on instagram at @pranabrainwellness Thank you for listening and stay tuned for part 2!
In this final solo episode of the January HEART series, we'll explore the deep relationship between resiliency and trust, and how they form the foundation of a grounded life. From releasing the need to fight or force, to learning how to trust your body, your timing, and your inner guidance, this is a conversation about a softer way of moving through life. Resiliency is often mistaken for strength, for pushing through, or holding it together. But true resiliency is something much quieter and much more powerful. It is the willingness to remain open when life feels heavy, uncertain, or out of control. Resiliency is not about endurance. It is about openness. Trust is not about others. It is about yourself. As we close this chapter of HEART, I invite you to place a hand on your heart, take a breath, and remember that everything you need to move forward already lives within you. If you would like to learn more about the HEART framework, my book Listen To Your F*cking HEART is available now on Amazon: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0F284ZKBW Thank you for listening, and for joining me on this journey.
Alignment is not a destination or a moment where everything suddenly feels easy. It is a daily and often uncomfortable choice to trust, and to allow your body, mind, and spirit to move together. For many of us who have lived in survival, true alignment can feel unfamiliar, even unsettling, because peace and coherence were never the norm. In this episode, I explore what alignment really is and what it is not. From nervous system regulation and reframing old stories, to learning how to observe life instead of attaching to every emotional wave, alignment becomes less about force and more about surrender. With this episode, I invite you to stop pushing, stop overthinking, and begin listening to the quieter language of your heart. When alignment comes from within, guided by love, presence, and trust, life begins to flow in ways that feel grounded, regulated, and deeply authentic. Alignment is not something you chase. It is something you allow. Thank you for listening. If you'd like to learn more about the HEART framework, my book, Listen To Your F*cking HEART, is available now on amazon: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0F284ZKBW
2026 continues with a return to the HEART in another solo episode. This episode focuses on empowerment. Not the forceful kind or the push to do more, but the quiet remembering that your body already knows the way. Empowerment is not about fixing yourself or chasing goals. It begins when you notice something no longer feels right and allow yourself to choose differently with softness and trust. When empowerment comes from the body instead of the mind, movement becomes aligned and sustainable. This episode is an invitation to stop outsourcing your power and start listening inward. To notice expansion and contraction, and to recognize where your energy might be leaking. Remember that small, HEART led choices are often the most powerful ones. Thank you for listening, and stay tuned for conversations with more wonderful guests over the coming weeks!  If you'd like to learn more about the HEART framework, my book, Listen To Your F*cking HEART, is available now on amazon: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0F284ZKBW
2026 begins with a return to the HEART. This special solo episode is about being human. Not forcing or pushing forward out of survival, but learning to feel our way forward. So many of us are doing all the "right" things and still feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck. In this episode, I explore why. How our nervous systems, early life imprints, and constant thinking can keep us in survival mode, and what it looks like to soften, rest, and listen instead. Through reflection and simple HEART-led practices, we begin remembering who we are beneath the doing. Settle in, breathe, and let your heart lead the way into 2026. Thank you for listening.   If you'd like to learn more about the HEART framework, my book, Listen To Your F*cking HEART, is available now on amazon: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0F284ZKBW
As 2025 comes to a close, I felt called to pause rather than push. This episode is a quiet reflection on a year filled with joy, grief, resilience, and everything in between. I'm sharing an invitation for you to rest this holiday season, to allow your heart to unravel in the way that feels right for you. When we choose to feel, to trust ourselves, and to move toward alignment, we begin to remember who we are and how worthy we truly are. As we head into 2026, I hope this episode reminds you of your strength, your humanity, and the magic that unfolds when you choose different. I'll be back in the new year with new guests, new conversations, and new opportunities. Until then, I wish you a peaceful, grounding, and magical holiday season. The time is now, and you are so very worthy.
