In this episode, Sammy shares tips on how to navigate your relationship with food if you have experienced Parosmia (distorted sense of smell) or a tough season where even the thought of food is completely unappetizing.  This happens commonly in postpartum, seasons of grief, or taste/smell loss due to COVID.
