This past week has been an emotional roller coaster for me, but an amazing one at that! This week I share about how I managed to find alignment + love amidst so much chaos + some of the hardest things I've experienced. Prioritizing mindfulness + focusing on what's going on internally is so so important, I've shared that before, but this week is a sneak preview into the big WHY it's so important. This week I share a situation that's recently helped me realize that sometimes our inner feelings do not need explanation. Sometimes our intuition is just guiding us + needs to be honored rather than analyzed and potentially gaslit. Yet, at other times, those inner feelings may be the resistance + blockages that need to be looked at a little deeper. Connecting with your inner guidance systems can be emotional but so beautiful as you really get radically honest + begin embracing where you are now on your journey. This week's episode is a little bit shorter but still filled with such good stuff!! We dive into people pleasing this week + some of the deeper truths that come with most people pleasing situations + tactics. I hope that this episode reassures you + comforts you in choosing yourself more often. Saying 'No' is not a bad thing; especially if it is YOUR truth. How freeing is that thought alone, "I am allowed to say No with no explanation if I do not want to do something". That easy + simple! This week I share some of the ways that practicing embodiment, living in the moment + consciously aware of what is occurring internally has helped me further connect with myself. This is something that I am continuously evolving with as I grow and learn and dive deeper into my own being. I am thrilled to be sharing it with you!!! It may not have been the most easiest of experiences but it is definitely a journey I wouldn't change at all. We all have a subconscious and we all work in very similar ways; not identical, but similar in the foundations of how we truly work. Running on 'autopilot' is something that every individual experiences; as I ask in this episode -- How often are you on autopilot throughout your days? Everybody's journey is different and if the answer is 95% that's OK, I've been there too. You're still just as Divine + worthy no matter where you are on your journey. It is my hope that sharing some of the knowledge I have acquired along with my own experiences, that I can spark you to connect with your own inner guidance system.
