This week's episode is a little bit shorter but still filled with such good stuff!! We dive into people pleasing this week + some of the deeper truths that come with most people pleasing situations + tactics. I hope that this episode reassures you + comforts you in choosing yourself more often. Saying 'No' is not a bad thing; especially if it is YOUR truth. How freeing is that thought alone, "I am allowed to say No with no explanation if I do not want to do something". That easy + simple! The mind may try to make it more complex, but your Soul knows your truth.
