There is Trigger Warning for this week's episode; lots of raw snippets of the heaviness that free will can end up creating when used incorrectly in situations of abuse + trauma. These aren't spoken on in depth or heavily; just mentioned as they are a part of my story + my truth. This week we're continuing to dive into the unworthiness wound that just about everybody has in some way or form. While we all have different experiences, beliefs + journeys; I share some of my experience in hopes it inspires you to start connecting with your true worthiness and value.
