EmpowerEU: three years and counting of the EU Delegation's Citizens’ Gathering

Since its establishment in 2020, the EU Delegation to the UK has implemented a unique strategy focused on supporting and connecting with EU citizens in the UK. A highlight of this work is the annual EU Citizens’ Gathering. The Italian manager will share with us how his experience in the continent contributed to his legendary Premier League victory with Leicester City.Together with our experts, Simon Kuper from the FT and Philippe Auclair from France Football, we will also discuss how football played a key role in making Britons feel more European, and question whether these ties will survive Brexit.Presented by Vieri Capretta and produced by The Podcast Company.
