Description

Welcome to the Love Your Limits podcast. We are two sisters from the west
of Ireland with a passion for helping people connect back to themselves and
feel less alone on their journey. Both of us have contrasting personalities,
career background and life experience yet each of us found physical, emotional
and mental healing from learning to live more intuitively and with integrity. We
will be sharing our own personal journeys alongside interviewing a wide range
of health and wellness experts that will empower you to shed fear, self-doubt
and move into a place of self-love and confidence. It is time to put yourself
first, create healthy boundaries and learn to love your limits.
