Taylor Heppner (MS, LMT, CSCS) is the Director of Performance Recovery at Elite Speed Sports Performance in Denver CO. She has spent several years working alongside physical therapists and sports medicine teams to ensure that injured athletes are set up for success as they recover from injury and make their way back to competitive sports.
