Show Notes:
Episode intro: Nicole goes on a tangent about human design and how it has impacted her life. This portion has nothing to do with somatic healing, but is an interesting look into how our unique energy types affect and impact us.
For anybody interested in learning what their unique energy type is according to human design, here's a great resource to get your personalized chart. You will need your birth information including time and place of birth for highest accuracy.
And for those who discover they are manifestors in human design, here's a great resource that Nicole highly recommends.
What's happening in the stars: this is the segment where Nicole discusses current astrology and moon cycles and how it impacts us. This week is all about the after effects of the full moon in Gemini.
Main topic: what somatic healing looks like. In this segment, Nicole gives a personalized account of what she is doing to heal a frozen shoulder and the emotional response it has caused in her as the shoulder thaws. Somatic healing in action!
Physical therapy practice she discusses in the episode is called Saldana Physical Therapy and Wellness in Tempe, AZ. Highly recommend!
Spirit messages: a card pull from The Shaman's Dream Oracle card deck by Alberto Villodo and Colette Baron-Reid.

In this episode we dive into gratitude and look specifically at how the practice of gratitude can benefit overall health and the immune system. This is the last episode of the November series on looking at immune health from a spiritual and emotional perspective, coinciding with the launch of my new online course, Rock Solid Immunity. For more information on the course, check it out here: https://pathofwellness.thinkific.com/courses/rock-solid-immunity. This site was referenced in the episode if you wanted to check it out: https://gratefulness.org. And the meditation app that I love and recommend is called Unplug, which you can find here: https://www.unplug.com
This is the second episode in my series that looks at immune health from a spiritual, emotional and mental perspective. In this episode we take a good look at the emotion of fear and how it can have a very negative effect on the human immune system. We also look at the energetic vibration of fear and how we can consciously shift our focus to pull ourselves out of immune killing fear loops. And I also briefly mention the launching of my new online course, Rock Solid Immunity, a course that teaches practical tools to naturally reinforce your immune system.
