PROCRASTINATION SERIES PART 3/7 - The Dreamer Are you the big thinker with grand ambitions, but can't keep your feet on the ground and detailed enough to make those dreams come true? This is a tendency of "The Dreamer". Steve and Adam discuss some ways to offset some of those "detail" gaps with a team and other ways to mobilize your talents.
Procrastination Series Part 2/7 - THE PERFECTIONIST Steve and Adam do a deep dive into how Perfectionism is a seductive form of procrastination. This manifests in many ways, but we identify two primary drivers: 1. The inability to start because you fear the work that needs to be done to deliver a perfect project. 2. The inability to send a project to execute a project because it is not up to your standards. REMEMBER - Perfect is the enemy and in 99.9% of the instances, is impossible. Do not get caught in this trap and recognize when you are there so you can escape.
