As folks with ADHD, the food we eat can greatly impact how we perform and our brain operates.
Eating the right foods is ever more critical. A few examples of foods to eat are:
- Complex Carbs: Fruits, Cereals and Grains, Vegetables and Legumes, Dairy Products
- Protein: Lean Beef, Pork, Poultry, Fish, and Eggs
- Good Fats: Nuts, Olive Oil, Almonds, etc.
- Water: Nuff said.
