Eating the right foods is ever more critical. A few examples of foods to eat are:

  • Complex Carbs: Fruits, Cereals and Grains, Vegetables and Legumes, Dairy Products
  • Protein: Lean Beef, Pork, Poultry, Fish, and Eggs
  • Good Fats: Nuts, Olive Oil, Almonds, etc.
  • Water: Nuff said.
