Let's catch up because it's been a minute... little life update and also let's talk about not playing small in your life. At the start of my business I was in shock at the lids I put on my life. Let's talk about back then and my current life... I've manifested everything I wanted. Once I achieved this comfortable 6 figure place- I realize it is comfortable for me but I am not done and need to get uncomfortable again. The Law of the Lid. They’re like invisible barriers that we put on ourselves when we’ve reached a level of success. We stop working hard. We stop striving, and eventually, our life begins to be stagnant. When I went to the top 1 percent of my business - my Dad gave me great advice... There is nowhere to go but backwards. The Law of the Lid is based on the idea that we don’t have to limit ourselves. If you want to move further in life, then you need to remove the lid before you go any further down the path toward success. I see you Mama. This is our birth story. This miracle baby truly has surprised us in so many ways. After three years of infertility - I decided to take a break from fertility treatments. I accepted we would have one child only … a friend suggested a naturopath to me and I flew on a whim and started taking all her suggestions for my hormone health. Then in January I took a test and our miracle baby was set to arrive in September. So many changes, so many things shifted and after a very quick birth we are adjusting to new born life. The thing I forgot about is how completely uprooted your life feels. Everyone’s focus is on the baby of course and the hard part as a mom who naturally wants to do everything and take care of things … suddenly you’re the one who need taken care of. I promised myself to slow down in this post partumn. To actually honour my body and allow myself to heal and rest. The new born stage goes by so quickly so I want to soak it all in. The days are long but the years are short. I hope you enjoy my birth story -women are so strong and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Xx

STORY TIME: I have been in a state of reflection lately ..probably because my whole life got flipped upside down and I'm expecting our second baby any day now. The last three years the trajectory of my life has shifted forever and it still is mind blowing to me how it all changed. I was working for over ten years as an acting teacher which didn't pay enough to get ahead and so I was always hustling. I was paying the nanny and then rushing to many different auditions per day. I went back to the set when my daughter was two weeks old. I knew I wanted more out of life but I had no idea how to have more freedom or money. I was feeling defeated not having my acting career to the place I wanted it to be. When the set shut down I was filming on and the school closed its doors I felt like I had been working hard for other people but never building anything of my own. I decided to jump in with both feet and partner with a wellness brand I was aligned with. I would document my entire wellness and gut health journey. Start creating content and see if I could transform my social media into a business. There has been so many ups and downs and I've wanted to quit more times than I can count but I promised myself to commit to this for at least 5 years. The average time to the top 1 percent of the company is 5 years and I thought that would be life changing if its possible for me. 3 years later: I work when I want and where I want I have the freedom to travel I have scaled the business to 6 figures for multiple years Worked with so many amazing women Started a content retreat business & created a content creator course with my sister in law If it's possible for me it is possible for you - start taking action! Y'all aren't going to like to hear this....especially in a time when hustle is a word associated with shame and judgment.. In every single profession there is good and bad- we can't group everyone and all professions the same. As an actor I met the kindest, most creative and beautiful people...I also met people that were so cruel, cold and mean. When I joined this industry and announced online I would be building this business I did get a few rude messages in my dms and I can only imagine what people said behind my back when I started. My why was stronger and I've alway lived outside the "normal" way of doing things so I had built up confidence and an ability to navigate rejection. I'm going to dive into the start of my business and the different season I was in... and how this business has ebs and flows. I think people are very resistant to going all in for the fear of failure. I knew if I gave it my all and never quit it would work for me. So just as a plane needs momentum .. I think people never actually even " get started" because they are always one foot in and one foot out. I'm am a huge fan of hustling for short periods for specific reasons and goals. If you are building sustainably and with integrity then it can literally collapse time for you. I also know that hustling to the point of burn out and without boundaries is very toxic. Hustling gave me this grace year with my health. I spent August in the bed, bath or doctor's office. Without hustle I would've never left my teaching job that simply didn't provide properly. I couldn't have stayed home with baby #2 and for every single drop off and pick up of kindergarten. When we got evicted and had to move I was still able to work my business from anywhere. Without hustle I would be at the school working waiting for my life to begin. To shame something that can give you presence and choices isn't ok. Yes I still will go into seasons of hustle and sprinting - there is discipline built into my business. I would say over 40-50 percent of the time I'm not motivated to show up but I have built the habit. For over three years I have consistently showed the same green drink and offered the business opportunity. I truly love what I do & the people I do it with. You are in full control or how and when you promote your companies products and opportunities. It is 100 percent your choice. You have creative and time freedom to determine how you want to show up and what you want to earn. The investment to start your business is very small. It’s $99 and you basically get a business in a box. I’ve now started another business and it’s a much bigger investment to get it off the ground. Typically starting a business can cost thousands. When you purchase products from the company you partner with they are typically discounted and I would stay away from anything where you have to purchase repeatedly to stay active. When you partner with a network marketing company the training is provided for you. You don’t have to know it all before starting you can earn as you learn. How I changed my entire life + how you can too… Over the last 3 years the trajectory of my life shifted. In a time of feeling like my entire life was crumbling - I thought what if I could change my story and take my power back? I never ever ever ever saw myself building an online business and certainly not one attached to a business model like network marketing. That is until the rise of the influencer and my own preference to shop from someone’s actual recommendations and reviews. I realized that maybe just maybe this opportunity could work for me… If you know my story you know I taught at an acting college for over ten years and also have been pursuing an acting career on the west coast. Over the last three years I have scaled my online business to six figures but beyond the difference in my financial situation is that the business has changed who I am and what I think is possible for myself and others. This business changed my belief in what is possible. Currently I’m building out an online acting school and about to launch another content retreat. I suddenly realized I was limiting myself and not living up to my potential. This business helped me meet a community of like minded individuals. This by far is the best thing. I’m surrounded by women who strive to be more, so more and evolve. They show me what is possible and the friendships are so strong. We pursue goals together and help each-other elevate. My business challenges me to make mindset and personal development a top priority. I’ve been studying masculine & feminine energy. Looking at my money mindset and consistently working to be 1 percent better each day. I’ve travelled more than I have in the last three years than my entire life. I’ve met women all over the world and continue to build a global business. I wake up with purpose- I truly feel like I can create anything I set my mind to and that there is infinite possibilities and no cap on what’s possible. This gives me so much hope and excitement for the future. The branding + marketing piece is a source of so much joy. I have full control over my schedule and the freedom in how I want to show up, build my business and I have 100 control over how I act, what I do and who I am within my business and life. I used to judge network marketing so harshly. I truly can’t believe this type of business exists. I don’t have an alarm clock other than my kicking baby … I’m in full control over my days. I get to prioritize being a mama and I can work from anywhere. My business has paid me to travel, I get to mentor on topics I’m extremely passionate about and I’m surrounded by power house women. This business takes a lot of hard work, commitment, patience, confidence, ownership, accountability, risks, bold action but it can transform your entire life. That’s why it’s worth giving it your all. You sign up and it doesn’t work… your life is exactly the same. What if it works? You can be living an entirely different reality. At the start of my business it was all direct asks and now it is primarily people coming to me asking about the business opportunity because of my content. I’m in a season of massive change, transition that all feels a little out of my control… I’m really really out of my comfort zone. One of my rules during massive upheaval is to not make major life decisions. If my emotions are too high or too low - I just have to wait until I have more emotional control to make choices that are aligned. The move right now is not to move. The next thing I do is meditate and journal on what my higher self would do - the next level version of me. How does she make this choice from a place that serves my future self. When you suddenly have so much freedom of choice after being so restricted- it can feel very strange and overwhelming! It’s time to surrender to this moment and trust I’m being guided to my higher self - this will all work out for me and I’m being guided.
