I’m in a season of massive change, transition that all feels a little out of my control… I’m really really out of my comfort zone.

One of my rules during massive upheaval is to not make major life decisions. If my emotions are too high or too low - I just have to wait until I have more emotional control to make choices that are aligned.

The move right now is not to move.

The next thing I do is meditate and journal on what my higher self would do - the next level version of me. How does she make this choice from a place that serves my future self.

When you suddenly have so much freedom of choice after being so restricted- it can feel very strange and overwhelming!

It’s time to surrender to this moment and trust I’m being guided to my higher self - this will all work out for me and I’m being guided.
