How to grow your team in network marketing:

1. Create an onboarding system for success. I shout out every single person who joins our team. I have a kick started new consultant bootcamp that helps you have success in your business. I also have an affiliate course for those wanting to work that way! You have 1:1 mentorship and systems for success right when you start.
2. Speak to your ideal one client every single day. I know her name, age, where she shops, what her dreams + desire are and how I can support them in achieving them. I speak to their struggles and what they want every single day. It’s how I generate all my content to one ideal business builder.
3. Invest in yourself. I needed to learn sales, branding and strategy so I went into a mastermind container called the next level social. So I could truly learn how to sell & market online. I also have a mentor who is 5 steps ahead of me at all times and keep myself in accountability groups.
4. Your personal branding is so important. You need to create content that attracts. At the start of my business it was all direct asks and now it is primarily people coming to me asking about the business opportunity because of my content.
