FEMALE GENITAL MUTILATION & THE OPPRESSION OF WOMEN Female genital mutilation (fgm) has been imported from Muslim countries into the U.S. Morgan claims FGM is also commonly practiced by Christians. Jim shoots down this intentional disinformation. Jim says he’s an empiricist and that if any idea of his is disproven by facts, he will change his opinion. Muslims practice fgm because they think it will prevent adultery because women will get no pleasure from sex. This is because in Muslim culture women are the property of men and sex is only for the man’s pleasure, a detail that western femininsts haven’t noticed. Jim says that if Muslim men could learn how to pleasure and satisfy their women they wouldn’t need fgm. Morgan calls fgm female circumcision, but Jim sets her straight. Defendants in Detroit case were charged with cutting off the genitals of seven little girls. But the Judge held that the 1996 federal statute banning fgm was unconstitutional. So he let go the barbarians who did this. Why did the federal courts suddenly discover the 10th amendment only when it applies to fgm? The 10th amendment says that the federal government only has the powers delegated to it by the Constitution and all other powers remain in the states. But other than banning fgm, the courts let the federal government do whatever it wants. Why didn’t the court find that these little girls have a Constitutional right not to have their genitals mutilated by insane adults? Why does the state of Michigan allow Muslims to cut off the genitals of little girls? What other states allow this barbaric practice? Are the police and state officials afraid to prosecute Muslims because of political correctness? Cutting off part of a person’s body is a felony known as “mayhem,” or “aggravated assault.” FGM clearly is mayhem. It’s appalling that the states aren’t protecting little girls from this brutal assault. Do you have a right to shoot someone if necessary to prevent them from maiming little girls with this barbaric practice? Are we in America going to let Sharia Law triumph over the United States Constitution? Violent Muslim extremists didn’t hijack their religion. Violence is their religion! Jim accuses Morgan of racism because she constantly vilifies white men. Morgan says women are oppressed by men, by society, and by law. Jim asks what laws oppress women and Morgan can’t name any. The Democrats want to take our jurisprudence back to where it was in the 1600’s during the Salem Witch Trials. If you’re accused of being a witch, you’re a witch. They want to eliminate all our Constitutional protections that shield us from false accusations, including the 6th amendment right to a fair and speedy trial by an impartial jury. We don’t prosecute people for crimes that occurred 36 years ago! When a juvenile commits a crime, his record is expunged when he becomes an adult. As a society we don’t want the mistakes teenagers make to haunt them the rest of their lives. Democrats used to believe in this principal until it became politically inconvenient. Instead of accusing these conspirators of minor offenses like treason and trying to stage a coup d’ etat against a duly elected President, they should accuse them of something serious like sexual misconduct. Conservative politicians and pundits keep repeating that Christine Blasey Ford has a right to be heard. No she doesn’t! She has no right to be heard with unproveable accusations that have never been adjudicated in a court of law. Pro-abortion advocates are terrified that if Kavanaugh is approved, the Supreme Court might let voters decide whether abortion should be legal. Why are pro-abortionists so afraid of democracy? Jim met Congressman McCotter in Hollywood at a dinner of a secret society, the name of which Jim is not at liberty to disclose. Jim recognized the Congressman from his many appearances on Fox News, and said he was the smartest guy on tv. McCotter said that isn’t saying much. Jim offered McCotter a role in his movie, THE TAXMAN COMETH, as sleazy Congressman “Les Moore.” McCotter accepted the offer, thinking playing a sleazy congressman wasn’t too big a stretch. Jim admits the reason he offered him the role was because he thought the Congressman could raise $10 million to make the movie. Corruption at DOJ/FBI to rig 2016 election is biggest scandal in U.S. history. Jim supports free trade. McCotter: There is no free trade. Jim: Flaw in Trump’s thinking: if we have trade imbalance it means we’re losing money. McCotter: That isn’t Trump’s thinking. Trump is trying to level playing field to stop China & other countries from dumping products here. Jim: No, Trump has said many times that if we buy more than we sell, we are losing money. This is wrong. Trump criticizes Nafta because it caused the trade imbalance to increase. But the level of trade has gone up ten fold because of Nafta. This is good. McCotter: China exports goods to Canada, then labels them as Canadian to export to U.S. Jim: We can’t have perfect trade balance with every country. If the U.S. pays unskilled workers $20/hour we can’t compete with factories in Indonesia that pay 75 cents/hour. If they can produce goods cheaper, we should let them in so Americans can buy cheap goods. McCotter: Communist China doesn’t allow workers to unionize & bargain for wages. We shouldn’t subsidize their police-state practices. Jim: We can’t solve other countries’ problems. McCotter: But we shouldn’t exacerbate their problems and enrich a totalitarian communist regime. Jim: China isn’t really a communist economy anymore or they wouldn’t be growing. Communism doesn’t work. China’s economy is growing fast because they privatized much of their industry. McCotter: No, China is run by the Communist Party. China’s expansion comes from western investment. This has enabled them to become militarily aggressive. Jim: China’s theft of intellectual property & American technology has to be stopped. For other countries, U.S. tariffs are ok if they’re part of a poker strategy to force the other guys to back down and open their markets, but bad if intended to protect American companies from competition. Congressman McCotter, who retired from Congress, says he won’t run for office again, and is unwilling and unsuited for lobbying. He said, “We must not let our rulers load us with perpetual debt.” Unfortunately we didn’t listen to Jefferson. We did let our rulers load us with perpetual debt. And it gets worse by the day. That’s why financial collapse is inevitable. So the name “The Decline and Fall of America” stands. The growth of the ever-expanding megastate bureaucracy, known as the Deep State, has led to the degradation of our freedom, morals, values, and culture. When Jim was young & stupid he was happy to participate in the destruction of traditional moral values, and help overturn the “order of the soul.” But now he thinks maybe it wasn’t such a great idea. The denigration of traditional morality has produced chaos and the break down of the social order. Little boys raised by single mothers grow up to be delicate, drug-addicted little sissies, who break down if someone says something they don’t agree with. Then they need to find a safe space to drink hot chocolate and play with clay, so no one will think they have “toxic masculinty.” Homosexuality and transgenderism have been normalized. Jim argues that saying black drug dealers should be held in jail isn't racist. Keeping them in jail isn't racist. What's racist is releasing them from jail. After they're released these vicious drug-dealing basturds go back and pray on the black community. As if he isn't in enough trouble already, and unafraid of controversy, Jim then explores the "reason" white cops shoot black men.
