Jim challenges the premise of sexual harassment, and claims the reality is that beautiful women in Hollywood and in the media are trading sexual favors for movie roles and plush jobs on tv. Then they complain about how oppressed they are.
Jim asks: What's the deal with famous women who are paid millions to shut up about having sex with powerful men like Bill O'Reilly and Fox News President Roger Ailes? Then they complain they're oppressed because they have to shut up about having sex with these guys. Gretchen Carlson got paid off $32 million, and Liz Weil got $20 million. You took the money to shut up, ladies. Nobody forced you to take it. So shut up and stop whining about how unfair it is. Hello?
Jim says it's not fair that nobody offered him a job in exchange for sexual favors, and he would grant the sexual favors even without the job.
In a heated exchange, Jim is accused of being a racist. Jim argues that saying black drug dealers should be held in jail isn't racist. Keeping them in jail isn't racist. What's racist is releasing them from jail. After they're released these vicious drug-dealing basturds go back and pray on the black community.
As if he isn't in enough trouble already, and unafraid of controversy, Jim then explores the "reason" white cops shoot black men. Stuart accuses Jim of being a racist, words are said, and it goes down hill from there.
Stuart threatens to quit.
